Kardashians Sued for Ginormous Debit Card Loss

The Kardashian women -- Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris -- are accused of causing more than $75 million in debit card damage ... and they never pulled a single card out of their wallets.

The Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, CA claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out of a deal to be the faces of a controversial MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card.

As we previously reported, the K-ladies claimed they quit the deal because they had no idea the card was loaded with hidden, possibly illegal fees ... fees that caused the Attorney General of Connecticut to open an investigation into the card. Revenue Resource Group claims the sisters signed a two-year deal that they should have honored -- and since the fam backed out, RRG has been crushed by a wave of bad publicity.

RRG wants the women to fork over more than $75 mil to make things right.

So far, no comment from the Kardashians.

'This Is It' Producer: I Didn't Cause Michael's Death

The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs or treatment that caused the singer's death.

Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment or administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death."

Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray or with  Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.
Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error."

An adult California man -- who shall remain nameless for his own safety -- got a tattoo of the Bieb's 16-year-old face on his left thigh.

There isn't enough alcohol in the world to explain this.

At the least, one is not wearing underwear.

We're just sayin'.

Very Cute Twosome
According to CBS sources, Nick and Vanessa will appear on a February episode of the drama. Minnillo will portray a character named Susan who works as a deckhand on a cruise boat that's taken hostage. Lachey will be her fiance.

The Game -- Ordered to Pay $50K for Funeral Brawl

The Game just lost BIG in his ongoing family feud -- an L.A. judge ordered the rapper to cough up over $50,000 ... for allegedly beating the crap out of his cousin at a funeral two years ago.

0107_the_game_tmz_ex_2
You'll recall ... The Game's cousin Robert Kirkwood sued the rapper in 2008 -- claiming Game assaulted him at his sister's funeral ... when Kirkwood confronted the rapper about not paying for some of the ceremony costs.

The official judgment was entered a few months ago in L.A. County Superior Court, ordering Game -- real name Jayceon Taylor -- to pay up $50,580 for Kirkwood's medical expenses and other damages.

According to Kirkwood's attorney, The Game hasn't paid anything yet. Calls to The Game haven't been returned.

SamRo Rolls Out Red Carpet for Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were this close to becoming the new Hatfields and McCoys -- but TMZ has learned the former couple just struck a truce over LiLo's move to Sam's block in Venice, CA.

Sources extremely close to Lindsay tell us she spoke to Sam this week and explained she had "no idea" she was moving in to the condo directly next door ...  and apologized for the surprise.

We're told Sam bought it -- go figure -- and they ended the chat on good terms.

Our source says Linds is expected to move in any day now and, "Neither of them are mad at each other and everything has been cleared up."

Jermaine Jackson -- Stuck in Africa

Jermaine Jackson cannot come back to the United States of America ... because he owes a fortune in back child support ... TMZ has learned.

1214_jermaine_jackson_EX_TMZ_01
Jermaine is currently in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, Africa. We've learned his passport has expired and he can't get a new one, so he's waylaid there.

Here's what we know.  n May 2008, Jermaine's baby mama Alejandra got a child support order, requiring him to pay $3,000 a month. Jermaine went into arrears almost immediately and, as of last month, he owed $91,921.

Under California law, when someone owes more than $2,500 a month in child support, the State Department of Child Support Services automatically informs the feds of the delinquency, and the feds then flag the person's passport. Once the passport expires, it will not be renewed until the person becomes current on child support obligations.
Our sources say Jermaine's passport expired during his trip, he can't get a new one and he's stuck overseas.

If Jermaine doesn't clear up the debt, it's unclear if the American Embassy will come to the rescue ... though we're told in these situations the Embassy will often issue temporary papers so the person can return to the U.S.

Mel to Judge: Strip Oksana of Custody, STAT!

Mel Gibson's lawyer went to court for an emergency hearing Friday, asking the judge to immediately strip Oksana Grigorieva of custody of baby Lucia ... TMZ has learned.

1123_mel_oksana_EX_TMZ_02
Sources connected with the case tell us the trigger for the hearing was TMZ's story the day before ... in which we reported Oksana claimed in her deposition earlier in the week that Mel beat her in order to get aroused during sex.

We're told Mel and his lawyers were outraged and accused Oksana's team of leaking the info. Mel's family lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, asked Judge Scott Gordon on Friday to take custody away from Oksana on grounds she acted maliciously -- not in the best interests of Lucia -- by allegedly leaking the story.

According to our sources, Kolodny also argued many of the allegations Oksana made during her deposition -- including the one reported on TMZ -- have never been made before and is a belated attempt to smear Mel and harm Lucia.
Our sources say Kolodny asked Judge Gordon for an immediate ruling but the judge refused, setting the matter for a full hearing next month.

Ajay, Emraan bond again

The secret to their friendship revealed

Audiences loved Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi's intense roles in 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai'. The two actors are back again on screen in comic roles in 'Dil to Baccha Hai Ji' and it seems they have bonded really well.

"It's always good to work with an actor like Ajay. He is brilliant at what he does. He has done a number of romantic comedies and this is my first time. But Ajay makes things easy for the co-stars who work along with him," said Emraan.

"He doesn't throw his weight around and does not talk like one of the seniors of the industry. We had a lot of fun shooting for 'Dil Toh Baccha..'," he added.

'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji' is Madhur Bhandarkar's first attempt at comedy and will release Jan 28.
